Gerry has provided one to one coaching and delivered management development programmes for Senior Managers in organisations such as the NHS, Royal Bank of Scotland, Baker Oil Tools, Wm. Grant and Sons, Sun Microsystems, BT, Shell, Raytheon Systems, University of Hertfordshire, ABB, BAE Systems, Hewlett-Packard, Forbo Nairn and many others. His coaching expertise was honed during 19 years working with a multinational training provider. During this time, Gerry gained an in depth knowledge of how to deliver Leadership and Executive Development Programmes for managers at all levels. As MD of the local licensees of this organisation, Gerry led his team to win their Founders Club award for outstanding performance for the EMEA region in 2000, 2002 and 2003. The invaluable experience of a highly successful international sales and management career in electronics, his MD and training/coaching role, his current coaching work with leading Scottish businesses, plus his MBA , allow him to offer valuable insights into contemporary people and business development issues. Among his current projects is gr8works , a growing Scottish Contact Centre based in Prestwick. He is both a shareholder and Non Executive Director of Staff Coaching and Development.
